Claim Reporting

When it comes time to submit a claim, it is important that the process is as easy as possible. Whenever possible we encourage clients to call our office to report a claim. This allows us to guide you with appropriate advice and make suggestions as to what steps to take to protect your property until contacted by an adjuster. Our telephone number is: 814-724-4502 and our hours of operation are between 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. You may email us anytime and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please don't forget to leave us with several telephone or cell phone numbers.

After Hours Claim Reporting

There are times of course when a claim will occur not during regular business hours. Sometimes it may be an emergency and require immediate attention or some times you might feel like you don't want to wait for our office to open. Several options exist for you at one of those times. First of all, our agency uses an answering machine. Mark's home telephone number is there for you to use. It is 814-398-8418. Please leave a message if no one is home and he will return your call as soon as he can. You may also try his cell phone number, which is: 814-573-5273. If it happens that Mark is out of town or otherwise not accessible, please feel free to report your claim directly to your insurance company.
